Delivery within Australia

At Sunglass Connection, we send all Australian orders with Australia Post E-Parcel Express. You can track your order from dispatch right to your doorstep!

*Express Shipping is FREE for All Australian orders over $75

All orders under $75.00 are charged a $10.00 flat rate, regardless of how many items you order.

When you order from Sunglass Connection, you can expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days. Please allow longer for areas outside of the Australia Posts Express Shipping network. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. For more information on the Australia Post delivery network please see www.auspost.com.au

Orders received before 5pm Mon-Fri will in a majority of cases be posted the following business day, for orders placed after 5pm or on weekends please allow an extra day (payment must be received prior to shipping).

International Delivery outside of Australia

We use Australia Post for all international deliveries. You have the option of registered or express international delivery, please see the table below for prices and delivery times. If no one is in attendance for delivery, local postal guidelines apply.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, for international customers your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.

International registered shipping does not come with customer order tracking.

International express shipping comes will full order tracking. You will recieve an email from Ausrtralia Post which will allow you to track your order right to your door. You can track your parcel using your consignment number provided in the email from Australia Post on the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au.

Custom or import duty fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. To avoid any surprise additional fees, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that there are international shipping restrictions with some brands listed on Sunglass Connection. Please contact us for further information.

When can I expect my order?

We offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY for all Australian orders from time of dispatch to metro areas.

Please note: Rural areas could take 2-5 days.

More often than not orders are dispatched within 1 working day, however, please allow 2-5 working days for order processing in case we need to order stock in from our suppliers or stores.

Should there be any problems or delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via the contact email or phone number you have provided us.

Will I have to sign for my order?

A signature is required for all orders and we recommend using a work hours address for delivery.

If you are not in attendance when the parcel is being delivered, you will receive an Attempted Delivery Advice card which details how and when the parcel can be collected from your nearest Australia Post outlet.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an item shipped email from Sunglass Connection and an email from Australia Post containing a link to track your order on the Australia Post website, so you can track your orders progress right to your doorstep!

If you are a member, you can track the progress of your order from start to finish by logging into your account and clicking "Order Tracking". This will track your orders progress until it has been dispatched through our warehouse and from there you can track the delivery of your parcel through the Australia Post website.

Although we're always here to help, if you have trouble tracking your order, or have a delivery issue it's often faster and more convenient for you to deal directly with Australia Post and quote your tracking number.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do deliver to PO Box addresses.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Sunglass Connection and Australia Post to confirm your order is on its way!

The Australia Post email will contain a tracking number to track its progress on the Australia Post website, so you can track your order right to your doorstep.

I haven't received my order?

If you have received your dispatch email and still have not received your order, please use your tracking number and track your order at www.auspost.com.au

If you haven't received a dispatch email, best to contact us with your order number (eg. #500006) and we can look into this for you. In most cases, this is just a case of an incorrect contact email or our emails being marked as junk.

Can I change my delivery address?

Providing your parcel hasn't already left the warehouse, we can most certainly change the delivery address for you.

I need my order ASAP?

Not a problem! In most cases we are able to have your order out the next day. If you need to ensure you get your order on time, please contact us at support@sunglassconnection.com.au and we can give you a more accurate ETA.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all locations Australia Wide and almost all International locations.

What happens if something arrives damaged or defective?

Please let us know straight away and we will replace it or refund you as soon as we receive it back and verify from our end that it is defective. You will need to return any damaged items within 7 days.
