Welcome to Sunglass Connection. This website, https://www.sunglassconnection.com.au, including its features (collectively, the Site), is owned and operated by Just Sunnies Pty Ltd (ABN 54 059 831 042), trading as Sunglass Connection. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “Sunglass Connection”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Just Sunnies Pty Ltd and its related entities.

Please read through our Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully, as they form the agreement under which we supply products and services to you. Your use of this Site and your placement of an order (Order) with Sunglass Connection indicates your acceptance of these Terms, which include our Privacy Policy and other documents referred to within these Terms.

Sunglass Connection reserves the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms at any time.

You must not collect or redistribute the information or images available on the Sunglass Connection website, either by data-mining or by other methods.

We do our best to ensure that products on our website are represented as accurately as possible, however there may be subtle colour variations between the actual product and the website.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sunglass Connection reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Sunglass Connection may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

If we are notified before your order has been picked by our warehouse team, Sunglass Connection can accommodate order cancellations. Once an order has been picked it can no longer be intercepted before it leaves our warehouse. If items have already been shipped, Sunglass Connection reserves the right to refuse the cancellation, or to charge the necessary fee should we need to have the package returned from the delivery service.

Sunglass Connection accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal, Afterpay, Bank Deposit and Zip Pay. Sunglass Connection also offers several checkout payment methods including PayPal Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

You must pay for the Order in full at the time of placing an Order, using one of the payment methods on the Site. You must be entitled to use the payment method you select and have sufficient funds available to complete the Order.

From time to time we may perform random security checks on the payment method used on the Site. By submitting an Order you authorise us to perform credit and security checks where we feel necessary.

Delivery times provided by Sunglass Connection are estimates only. Sunglass Connection will not be held accountable for late deliveries, or for loss or damages relating to late deliveries.

Certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to ship via another method. Sunglass Connection reserves the right to change your shipping method if need be.

We currently only ship internationally to New Zealand. Orders delivered to New Zealand may incur GST, duty or customs charges on arrival. Sunglass Connection has no control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be, as they are based on New Zealand regulations. For further information we suggest contacting New Zealand Customs.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order. Orders cannot be returned to the sender, and Sunglass Connection will not pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges, Sunglass Connection will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result. We cannot mark orders at a reduced price to avoid customs fees.

Sunglass Connection reserves the right to modify prices at our discretion for any reason (product discontinuation, changes in availability, manufacturer changes, errors in advertising and other circumstances).

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information, Sunglass Connection has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.

Sunglass Connection has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sunglass Connection will immediately issue a full refund to the account used for the purchase.

If you change your mind about your order, you can return the item for a refund or store credit, depending on eligibility. We no longer offer exchanges - if you would like a different style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Sunglass Connection will offer a refund or store credit on the following conditions:

The item is returned within 30 days of delivery (60 days for International orders).
The item has not been worn or damaged.
The original tags are attached.

Full-price items, and items purchased during a site-wide sale event or with a promotional code, can be returned for a refund or store credit. Red Line Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Faulty or incorrect items can be returned for a refund regardless of price or sale status.

Sunglass Connection recommends you post your items via traceable post (e.g. Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post). Sunglass Connection will not be responsible for lost parcels.

We monitor high-frequency returns and order value for fraud, abuse and security purposes. In the event a customer’s return rate increases significantly in frequency and/or value, we are entitled to deny future orders. This term is not intended to replace any rights you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you request a refund for one or more items in your order and the remaining order total falls below the $90 free shipping threshold, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you request that your order be shipped in separate deliveries, we will send your order in separate parcels at no extra cost where your order total is $150 or more. Where your order total is under $150, a shipping fee applies to each additional parcel.

Free returns are valid within 30 days of delivery for orders of $150 or more within Australia. Free returns are subject to the following Terms:

Offer is valid per order, with a minimum order value of $150.
Offer excludes Red Line Sale items and items purchased during a promotion or site-wide sale event. If your order is not eligible for a free return, $8.95 will be deducted from your refund or store credit total to cover return postage.
Free returns are not available on International orders. International orders have 60 days from delivery to be returned, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Sunglass Connection recommends you post your items via a trackable delivery service such as Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post. Sunglass Connection is not responsible for lost parcels.

Sunglass Connection has no control over manufacturer warranty periods, nor can we control repair periods or advise what they will be. We will, however, do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team for further information and assessment of your purchase.

Where you have returned goods directly to the manufacturer, Sunglass Connection cannot be held accountable for repair periods or for communication from the manufacturer.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is received damaged or faulty, you are entitled to return the order for a full refund or a replacement. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team for further information and assessment of your purchase.
