In Focus: Sunglass Connection x House of Faythe
House of Faythe is where creativity meets intentional design, a space crafted to inspire collaboration and connection. From the thoughtful interiors to its sun-drenched studio setting, every detail has been considered to spark imagination and support the creative process.
Your new space is beautiful, can you take us back to when you decided to create “House of Faythe” and your inspiration and reasoning behind it?
House of Faythe was a dream birthed out of our creative agency Faythe Studio. When we began working together we always knew our dream was to have a team and a space that reflects the creativity and standard of our business. The reality of bringing this space to life came from our search for a space that felt like and had the features, depth and texture of a home with the functionality and gear of a photography studio.

The studio feels very intentional in its design, what elements were most important when shaping the space?
We knew we wanted to invest in key pieces from Australian homeware brands that reflect our brand in creating unique, quality furniture. HOF was designed to feel as thought out as the shoots that would take place within it. We are huge believers that your space influences the work you create and House of Faythe was designed with that in mind.
You have crafted a truly unique space as mentioned before. Were there any stand-out interior or architectural influences/eras that guided you?
We are big fans of the 70’s interior resurgence. For the space we knew we wanted to dive into warmth, texture and shape as those are elements that bleed into photography, influencing style, lighting and of course the final image. In a saturated market of white, beige, warehouse studios we drew inspiration from an interior era of character, community, friends and lifestyle.

Fast forward 10 years, what do you want House of Faythe to be known for?
The legacy we dream of leaving is one of inspiration and connection. In a digital world of disconnection, we feel the desire for the tangible, for the memories and moments that mark a person. Bringing people together through creativity, building a community of dreamers & visionaries that influences the cities and local cultural climate.

Being a new studio, you have plenty of doors to open and opportunities to look forward to. What excites you the most about having creatives in the studio?
The ability to meet new people, hear stories and build new friendships and relationships with likeminded people. There is so much to learn from others' life experiences, mistakes and success and to have a space that brings people from all over provides us with such a unique opportunity to meet new people. The Gold Coast is filled with creatives, marketing geniuses and entrepreneurs and we would love to meet as many as possible, a bonus is seeing what they create in our space.
What’s next for you and your business? Do you have any dream clients, dream projects or anything in the timeline?
We have a catalogue of dream clients, projects and experiences but we hold the future with very open palms, ready to see what comes our way. Australia is a leading force in creative & marketing and we just want to be a part of that.
